AMTC Conference

The annual conference, the Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC), is held in conjunction with the following medical associations: Air & Surface Transport Nurses Association (ASTNA), Air Medical Physician Association (AMPA), National Association of Air Medical Communication Specialists (NAACS), National EMS Pilots Association (NEMSPA) and the International Association of Flight Paramedics (IAFP). This conference combines organizational and business information as well as extensive educational sessions. Specialized tracks are offered for physicians, nurses, other emergency care professionals, program administrators, aviation personnel and emergency medical service communications specialists. A mid-year clinical conference is held in conjunction with the International Association of Flight Paramedics (IAFP) and the Air Medical Physician Association (AMPA). In addition, ASTNA maintains relationships with other nursing organizations including the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN). The Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC) is specifically designed to provide leadership, to educate, to inform, to cultivate friendships and to supply up to the minute information on the latest techniques and innovative approaches to emergency medical transport practice from the experts in your field.  The conference offers 150+ education sessions covering topics in a variety of disciplines including safety, core clinical, specialty clinical, management, aviation, research, and communications.
